Pacific Coast Retirement Village

‘The Beach house’ our beautiful 2 storied ‘community centre’ continues to be the centre of attraction in the village.  The food is delicious and our staff friendly and give excellent service.

The ‘international’ bowling green is frequently used by ‘visiting clubs and our original community centre is now used as a library and with facilities for bowling club visitors and residents ‘special get together with family & friends.

The pool & gym are being used regularly and our residents from Pacific Lakes are also taking advantage of the facilities.

There is a total of 222 Villa’s completed in the Pacific Coast Retirement Village, with 5 remaining to be built which will be after the Hospital is completed, the space currently being used for builders/contractors.

The Serviced Apartments: which are our latest addition, have 3 apartments occupied & settled with another 3 contracts looking to settle in the near term.

The Carved Pou that leads the broad-walk from Maranui St to the Pacific Ocean has finally been replaced, our carver Kereama Taepa was commissioned to carryout the carving.

Pacific Lakes Retirement Village.

Stage one, was sold out within months of them becoming available and demand is still very strong now that we are selling Stage 2 with six remaining to be sold.

Residents are making good use of our facilities over in Pacific Coast Village, dining out in the ‘Beach House’ restaurant, swimming in the pool and making good use of the gym.  We hope to start the Pacific Lakes  ‘community centre’ by mid-2020, sales pending.
